Kfc - Weaverville

The drive-thru was quite slow, and when I reached the window, I found out I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my food. However, Luida went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience and ensure my dinner exceeded my expectations. She was friendly and apologetic, and she offered me a generous replacement that I found to be more than satisfactory. The level of customer service and genuine kindness Luida displayed tonight is a rarity and truly surpassed what I expected. She managed to do all of this with a smile. The Colonel would have definitely been pleased!

This KFC was my first job when I was 18, and I worked there for a month before moving on to a different job. I think the renovations inside have improved the experience for both employees and customers. The buffet setup makes it easier to serve food, ensuring it's fresher. I've never had a negative experience here.

I attempted to dine here three times last month. The first time, they were temporarily closed; the second time, they didn't open until 3:00 PM; and on my most recent visit, their computers were down. I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, but at this point, it feels like a waste of time to even try to order from here. I hope they can improve their reliability in the future.

The staff was friendly, but the dishes were overcooked and quite small.

Chicken sandwich was dry and chewy. Maybe was a fluke, but I expect better from a chicken restaurant. Even Burger King does a better job in my experience.
