Evergreens - Weatogue

Based on reviews, booked a reservation for brunch on mother's day for 5. Not sure why they take reservations at all because there was no hostess and there was no table available that could fit our party of 5. Wandered upstairs after not getting acknowledged at the front door for 5 min. thinking maybe the hostess was up there. No luck. As we headed back down, someone working there rushed past and waved generally at the tables telling us to sit wherever we want, but there were no tables for 5 open on either floor. Ended up just leaving. Can't comment on food because we were never sat.

Unhelpful waiter refusing to move us upstairs when there was space and being difficult and not nice about pretty much everything. Really mediocre food. Kitchen unable to make any effort to cater for special needs.

I went for brunch and really enjoyed it. I decided to try the Saturday brunch with the $15 mimosas, which were perfectly balanced with prosecco and just a splash of orange juice. They even offer a carafe if you request one. Our server was excellent—very attentive and provided great service. I would definitely come back, especially when the weather is nice and warm so I can relax on their upstairs patio.

The staff at Airedale were exceptionally accommodating. We were a large group with a few cancellations and a couple of toddlers, and the team was relaxed and incredibly attentive. I would definitely return.

I made a brunch reservation but was informed at the door that The Airedale doesn't accept reservations on Game Day. This information wasn't mentioned on Open Table, and the bartender was somewhat confused and rude when we sought clarification. We ended up having to rush to find another place for our large group without any notice during a holiday weekend.
