Frank is an institution in this area. years ago the pizza was the best around, and it was consistently good at every place. After I was gone for a while, I decided to try it again. I guess they're trying to reduce costs. pizza is sad. paper thin crust, a nude minimum an sauce. it's not terrible, but it's not the franks pizza I remember. service was good and friendly. price is average.
