Domino's Pizza - Waynesboro

I have always ordered the chicken bites, chicken bacon ranch sandwiches, and pasta at this restaurant. However, on my recent visit, I ordered two sandwiches and chicken bites, only to find that the portion of chicken bites was cut in half and the sandwiches were mostly bread and cheese with very little bacon and chicken. A few weeks ago, I ordered pasta primavera and Alfredo, but the containers were not even half full. I am not sure if the portion sizes were reduced by corporate or if it is specific to the Waynesboro store, but I will not be ordering from Domino's again. I will be patronizing Frank's, Brother's, or Toledo's instead. Domino's has lost a customer.

I frequently order from this restaurant more than any other because the staff is always respectful, amazing, polite, and extremely helpful! My orders are prepared quickly and my food is always hot when delivered, and they never make mistakes. Thank you for consistently providing a positive experience - the store should be proud of its team and management!

Tonight, we had a negative experience at this restaurant. My daughter placed an order online, but the delivery was made to the wrong house, our neighbor's, even though we were tracking it online. The driver left the food outside in 37-38 degree weather without attempting to contact us. When we reached out to the manager, named Renee, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. We did eventually retrieve the cold pizza from our neighbors, but the whole situation was disappointing. The lack of communication and poor customer service from the so-called "manager" was unacceptable. We will be contacting another manager to address this issue. Delivery services should ensure they are delivering to the correct address, especially in cold weather. We are grateful for our kind neighbors who helped us in this frustrating situation.
