Beaches Cream - Waveney

The ice cream at this restaurant is absolutely delightful. During our visit to Southwold, we sampled a variety of flavors, including gluten-free cones and vegan (soy-free) options in multiple flavors. It was a perfect choice for my 8-year-old, who has allergies and was thrilled with the selection.

The ice cream is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. When I went with my three children, they were each given adult-sized ice creams that were way too big for them. My kids are all under 5 years old, so I ended up paying £12 for three ice creams. When I asked if they had kids sizes available, I was told no. It's clear that if you have young children, you would expect them to have a smaller portion. This felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. I will not be going back. It's disappointing.

I love the wide variety of sweets mainly the American ones they also do amazing ice cream that comes in all different flavours

With a variety of flavors to choose from and a welcoming staff, this charming little restaurant may be easy to miss but is worth a visit.

Wide selection of ice cream and they don't skimp on the scoop sizes! Very tasty and will definitely be going back again to try more flavours. Staff also very pleasant!
