Arby's - Wausau

The personal was amazing, so friendly. eating came fast and hot. very clean. I would recommend to this arbys

The last two paintings I tried to come here was the first time in the drive-thru and the dame was rude when I said hallo they were there, and she really replied snotty so that I just left. this time I ordered two French dips and sandwiches together with a small frit and I am in shakes and there was no one inside as customers except me and I had to wait for half an hour for cold eating, which at best tasted moderately. it was disgusting. I threw out some sandwiches. I should have just gone to chips restaurant, but I never come back to the merrill arby’s. also good place to get food poisoning, because I and other person I was with, end up sick from eating after we got it and started eating it. the next day I went to the arby’s right from the bp tankstelle from the autobahn k in wausau and I got my food in less than a minute and it was fantastic delicious.

He waited for almost 20 minutes in the car. go to home and my sandwich has hair in it. the only good thing about this catastrophe was the person in the window, who apologized for the waiting period and very nice. not back to this place.

Went there and got I believe a number 10 meal. Fries were only halfway full and only warm I ordered a large), and the sandwich had been sitting out for at least 5-10 minutes because absolutely no part of it was even hot. It was cold, hard, and barley edible. It was disgusting and I’m not even sure I should have eaten it. The only good parts were the Dr Pepper and the cookie I ordered. Please learn how to do your jobs, making sure if someone orders a large fry they get a large fry not a medium, and making sure the food is actually hot and doesn’t seem like it’s been sitting out for 30 minutes. Very dissatisfied and disappointed considering I spent $15. Do better.
