Jimmy John's - Wausau

Very disappointed by the tiny part I received as my order. I don't exaggerate when I say little. I understand that the companies had to make sacrifices to stay in these difficult times, but the size of the entire sub-sandwich is ridiculous. You just lost a customer.

Subs/sandwiches are becoming smaller and prices are upset. $14.50 for 2 slices of bacon, 4 slices of tomatoes, and salad and a spoon on Mayo is worth $15? I'm done with Jimmy John's! I've eaten there at least once a week, never again. I went to the store, bought a tomato (99c), head of salad (99c), some precooked bacon ($5 for half pound) and Mayo($4) and 2 bread laafs ($1 a piece) I made 4 sandwiches for the same price as 1 of jimmy John's and had a few leftovers. I won't protect Jimmy Johns again.

I love Jimmy Johns sandwiches! Ever since my son who use to work at one in Texas introduced me to their tasty sandwiches. Having said that, my one star rating is for the service I received today. I went through the drive through in Wausau around 4pm. The young man taking my order never said thank you after my order. Arrived at window to pay and again he never addressed me just said the amount I owed. When he came back with my sandwich he literally handed me the bag and closed the window. I?m not use to such rude and ungrateful service from Jimmy Johns. Please speak to your staff about this as I would hate to stop coming there.

This place just keeps getting worse and worse. Regularly messes up my insanely easy orders and the employees could not be more rude. I have never once heard so much as a thank you or anything remotely polite from staff members.

Normally they're great service. The Wausau one was 20 min late with our order. We used the app and ordered 1 hour ahead. Sigh.. in their defense Batman!. Actually, they were just busy. I'm not sure Batman has been to Wausau.
