I have to say that Hoagie Hut is not your typical hot dog stand like many others around the Chicago area. I’ve heard people mention, whether at work or elsewhere, that this place is 'dry' or looks 'underwhelming.' I believe if these people actually took the time to stop by and try the food, especially one of their fantastic hoagies, they might change their minds. The menu is quite extensive, but it’s the hoagies and hot dogs that truly shine with variety. With good service and high-quality food at reasonable prices, Hoagie Hut has been a favorite in Waukegan for decades, and I wish continued success for the owner(s). If you haven't checked this place out yet, I highly recommend stopping in!

Omg this is by far the best place where I have eaten, I am a repeat customer and the day that this place no longer exists will no longer know what to do. I love her Chicago Steak-Hoagie, it's so delicious and I'm always coming for this sandwich.
