Dunkin' - Waukegan

When I finally got to the window, the first woman tried to hand me three coffees without a tray. I had to ask for one, and she made me feel like I was being unreasonable. The second woman was gossiping about another customer right in front of me while making eye contact, which made me think she was talking about me. She eventually clarified, “I’m not talking about you.” When I arrived at my job site, I discovered that I had been given a small hot chocolate instead of the medium I ordered. They had put a medium sticker on a small cup. Honestly, I won't be coming back here. I’d rather drive farther to find a different Dunkin' than return to this location.

Avoid this Dunkin' Donuts unless you're using the drive-through. The doors are never unlocked for customers to enter, so you'll just be wasting your time getting out of your car—trust me, they are always locked.

AS ALWAYS they were out of croissants..... 95% of the times I've gone to this location and others in the nearby area there are so many basic items they are out of. They do not order based on what people like.... That or they just don't like makingcroissants!

I understand that hiring young teenagers can be challenging, but today I witnessed an employee putting his entire lips on the whipped cream dispenser and then returning it to its place. When I informed the other staff members about it, their response was that "she'll talk to him." I hope it's more than just a conversation.
