Mcdonald's - Wauconda

Decent food, clean bathrooms, plenty of seating, and self-serve soft drink dispensers, and a drive-thru.

Employees were nice. Not a fan of the app. The options amount for the rewards program is not very good. Step it up McDonalds. The other burger place has way better options for less. More more people are looking for value.

Update 2/18/24.I don't know what it is about this place but the last 3 times after 1AM I have tried to get food they were taking cash only and I was unable to use the app. They really need to fix this garbage. It's 2024 there is no acceptable answer for them to be unable to do business w/o using cash.This may be the slowest McDonald's I've ever encountered. Got here at 2:10 in the morning and I probably sat here for 20 minutes. No wonder I always see a line at this location at all times of the day/night. They also would not accept my app code for a buy one get one chicken sandwich.

Tried working with a deal on the app. But the people on the drive through told me that doesn't exist. They close the store early and you can't get in anymore.

My review was not a good one but I had to edit this! They have really steppes it up here and the night staff are funny and amazing! The manager is awesome! And accommodating !
