Zesto - Watertown

I would like to leave 5 stars, but there are some small problems. I want to support everything. the food we had was good, not amazing, but just good. I would appreciate if food was given with mere minimum ingredients, cutlery and serviettes. I would not, however, complain for the price I paid, I think it is expected if it were cheaper, it would be understandable. as far as the ice is concerned, it was okay. the biggest mistake served the ice before eating on a hot summer day. I know there are only children who run the establishment, but with an organization it could be much more efficient. I would have cost my ice better if it was still ice and not suppe when I came home. all in all this is a great facility, but due to the amount of people going there, they take short cuts in service and food. a little planning and organization would go a long way. I hope they can adapt better to the volume of customers. I hope the best for zestos!

I love Zesto, no matter where it is located! The young lady who worked at the drive-thru window was really nice and helpful. The concept of the location in Water City is charming—it has an old-school vibe where you pull up to a window, place and pay for your order, and then drive back to park in front of a white door. In just a few minutes, your bag or bags are brought out to you. I do think their shake menu could be a bit more extensive compared to the Zesto in Mitchell.

I've been visiting this restaurant since I was a child and I absolutely love their sherbet cooler, especially the calcareous black cherry flavor! The banana flavor is also fantastic, and I can't forget to mention their chislic—it's simply the best in town. The staff puts in a lot of hard work every day, and even though there's often a wait, it's definitely worth it for the fantastic food, service, and friendly atmosphere. Don't forget to show your appreciation by saying 'thank you' and leaving a small tip in the jar if you can. A huge thank you to Doug for all his hard work in keeping the tradition alive!

This is the perfect little getaway in the area! The food is outstanding, the ice cream cake is delicious, and the coffee drinks are superb! Plus, the service is fantastic!
