Meetpoint - Waterloo

Very cold and bad service. Waist the money and time.First and last time to come here.

My introduction to Meetpoint was when I wanted to take out a special Turkish meal for 10 people. The manager and a staff person sat with me for half an hour kindly explaining dishes and making suggestions. The result was absolutely wonderful! The food was varied, delicious and beautiful to look at.Tonight we took some of our family for a dine-in experience. The atmosphere was warm and the staff was so welcoming. We shared several plates and the food was plentiful, hot and delicious. I highly recommend Meetpoint and will be enjoying their delightful food and atmosphere often.

Let me start with the service. Pleasure being waited on by Deniz . A very pleasant, respectful, and attentive young lady. She represents what customer service is all about.The food is very good. Had some Lambchops and chicken shish kabob. Both are really well cooked and very tasty and juicy. Best eaten with rice. The dining area is very clean. You can see where they prepare the food. Guarantee that your food is being prepared in a clean, well-kept food station.It is a must eat place when you are in the area. It was my first time here. Service was absolutely amazing, our waitress was very kind and friendly, she took care of us constantly despite of the busy restaurant. my Turkish friends said that the food could be better and portion was too small. But it was tasty and portion was just enough for me. Love the tradittional tea as well.Parking: Plenty parking spotsKid-friendliness: Yess

I took my amazing girlfriend to this location and the waiters were absolutely, astonishingly amazing with their service. Once the food came out, I had to stop eating and hold my face in disbelief to how incredible it tasted. I wish I can give more stars. My gf thinks so too.
