Was walking by and decided to stop in. What a pleasant surprise. Was greeted by nice staff...ordered the honey mustard chicken wrap which was meticulously-presented and delicious. I will definitely be back often!

About the only place in downtown Waterbury to get some fresh food. the employees could have been more livelier and some music would have helped digest your lunch but the chicken wrap was delicious!! add some drawing to hour lunch with the availablechalkboard and actual chalc

Amazing... Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, ingredients fresh and delicious. Price on par for level of quality. Music was good and they have chalk board walls and a little mini golf hole. Highly recommended if you want a good cold smoothie on a hotday.

This place is a gem and I definitely need to visit more often. Food is fresh, place is clean and everyone is nice. REALLY GOOD health food and the prices are good as well. Highly recommended.
