Arby's - Waterbury

Overall, I have had a positive experience at this restaurant. While I am not a huge fan of their sandwiches, I absolutely love their sides such as jalapeno peppers, curly fries, mozzarella sticks, and cookies and shakes - they are all delicious. I appreciate the convenience of not having to wait for my food, as I can simply order and my meal is ready shortly after payment. The staff is also accommodating in providing the sauce I need to enjoy my meal. Additionally, I like that they promptly inform me if they are out of certain items to avoid any inconvenience. While there have been a couple of rare instances where there was an issue with my order, the staff efficiently fixed the problem.

For the best experience, it's recommended to come in and see what you've been missing. While UBER EATS is convenient, visiting the restaurant in person allows you to take advantage of discounts that aren't available with free delivery, as well as the opportunity to give a more substantial tip of more than just $5.00.

This restaurant offers top-quality food! We thoroughly enjoyed the French dip and Swiss sandwich. My son couldn't get enough of the white cheddar mac and cheese. The curly fries were outstanding. My husband is craving another double beef and cheese burger already! They also have fresh and healthy market options available. There's something on the menu for everyone to enjoy.

They not only offer amazing sandwiches, but also have a delicious wagyu burger that was hot and well-seasoned.

This is the best spot for fast food in waterbury. obviously their food is great but i’m more impressed with the service! always fast, accurate so friendly! they put the popeyes down the street to shame. i encourage everyone to skip the long wait rude service from the “other guys” just choose this arby’s!
