Cinnabon - Waterbury

Really disappointed in this location now.before they were great I have been coming to this location since they opened and they use to have great employees and the product was always good.now since the new employee came in there is no consistency in the product sometimes I think the cinnabons might be old or from the day before they only put a little bit of frosting on it and want you to pay for extra instead of putting a decent amount on there sibtgatvit doesn't get all dried out i tried to call to speak to store manager or owner and Never got a call back this location probably won't last now that they have such awful employees

My visit today was amazing. I was taken care of by a lovely woman named Sandra and a young lady named Anneliz. I am a professional secret shopper, so I take note of the little things. Sandra spoke to me in Spanish about each option, and Anneliz came over right away to assist. As things got a little busier, they were both great taskmasters and seemingly had it all under control. I had an Oreo chillata, and a classic roll. Sandra heated it up for me while Anneliz made the chillata, and both things were delicious. I will be coming back here again!

Crew members Blaine and Sandra were very polite and excelled my expectations. I stopped for a churro, and Blaine made sure I understood, that they’re were two for three dollars then I went to order a mango drink, and Sandra went out of her way to make sure I liked the drink by providing me with a little sample. Outstanding customer skills, I was very happy with my visit . CP

The owner Darius is so unprofessional. I advise anyone who's considering to work here not to. It's disgusting how he treats his employees. It's so much bullshit all the time.

A splendid addition to the Brass Mill Center food court. The legendary treat is here. I had the Classic Roll, extra frosting, it was fantastic. Friendly management and staff too.
