Chili's Grill - Waterbury

Simple order just asked for no mustard on my burger. Didn't realize it was there till I left because I ended up taking it to go. Asked for a side of ranch twice and was passed by 3 more times. Never got the ranch. Never got asked for dessert or was seenagain. paid at kiosk and left.

Before I post a negative review I have to find multiple things wrong. 1- The service is very bad specially lately. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL because it feels that they don?t want to take your order or take for ever to take it. 2- They are very slow2 or 3 hours before they close and it feels like they don?t want to take you when you arrive around 9:PM 3- The floor is sodirty. They should improve it and or spend some time fixing the floor or at least paint it. 4- Some people always have an angryface specially at night. 5- I want them to bring back the chillis they used to be before the pandemic because it feels like themanagement is totally different and it is a total mess. I wish I could do more than 1 star but until you improve I will not doso.

Our waitress, Tonya, as fabulous as always. I can not say enough about how hard they try to make people happy. However the food has become mediocre with fewer choices and smaller portions. I used to be able to save half for lunch the next day. That is nolonger the case, nor is it worth it.

I like to do lunch w/the girls here. They have a great lunch menu that?s reasonable I love their blackberry margarita! Just ordered for curbside lastnight it was great! Good burgers all hot! They never disappoint!

This is one of mine and husbands favorite!! free chips and salsa everytime yum !!! the deals here are cheap and yummy !! we love the texas cheese fries , street corn , boneless wings burgers quesadillas amazing try them if somethings wrong complain theywill fix it everywhere makes mistakes it?s how they handle it that counts
