Brooklyn Baking Co. - Waterbury

This restaurant is incredible! Everything from the pastries to the broth is fantastic. They offer a few seating options and serve coffee. It's convenient to stop by if you're traveling on I-84. Definitely worth a visit. Make sure to check their hours before you go. I recommend starting with a delicious hot dog at Frankie's next door, and then grabbing a tasty treat at Brooklyn Bakery.

I recently tried the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, glazed donut, cinnamon sugar donut, carrot cake cupcake, eclair, and creamhorn at this restaurant. The food was delicious, but my favorite was the cinnamon sugar donut. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of donuts available, including glazed, jelly-filled, powdered, lemon-filled, maple bacon, and fruity pebbles. The bakery also offers a selection of sandwiches and baked goods. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient, and the bakery is located in a plaza with plenty of parking spaces. I highly recommend checking it out!
