Wendy's - Wasilla

Waited in like 40 minutes for them to be out of crispy chicken, chili (which they didn’t tell us till we got all the way to the window), and frosties. What kind of restaurant doesn’t have half the stuff on the menu?!?!? Chicken nuggets were cold. Burger tasted gross. Wife said her fries tasted gross. Service wasn’t any better. Guy at drive thru hands me my drinks and asks “can I get you anything else”. Yeah, my food I just spent $24 on. Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in 40 years.

This is by far the WORST Wendy's !!! Fifth time in 2 months I've tried to buy chili and couldn't get it !! This store just sucks all around ,their service sucks , cleanliness sucks ,food sucks ,,?!!! Should fire owner and managers !!BOYCOTT THIS WENDY'S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First, thank you for coming to work today. That said, 45 minutes to place a counter order. The drive thru, as typical, was stacked with cars, so we decided to go inside. Big mistake. During the course of standing there waiting to place our order, we observed the following. Drive thru and door dash orders receive priority attention. They wouldn 't even take your order at the counter unless everyone else was being attended to. We witness many door dashers come and go. The only orders they could control was whether or not to take a front counter order. All other orders just kept piling in. Corporate needs to do what needs done. Either up the benefits, or up the pay,...or both.

Very Very busy yesterday but totally understand why there was something wrong with my order; Very understanding and fixed it; good team on the floor; and so I know the difference between team work and if only one person doing it all; and this was a great team; I have a lot of experience training people from my past and yeah nice to see

Well, the food is great, but the wait in the drive thru is insane. Took 30 minutes to get to the speaker to order (during that time a guy got tired of waiting and drove across the grass to leave) and once I ordered it was another 20 minutes before I got my food. Staffing is definitely an issue, only saw 2 people working the drive thru. Would love to see them get some more help, it's badly needed.
