Caffe Dolce 907 - Wasilla

The best and most comforting cafe. We tried sandwiches and cheesecake. And vibe is stop on, make you feel like staying there for a longer time.

Like most Alaska businesses, this one is located in a strip mall. In an even more Alaska-move, it's located in a corrugated steel strip mall. The interior is much more unique than the exterior. It's a surprisingly eclectic coffee shop in Wasilla. There's hippie-inspired décor and there's also some Bible verses hanging on the wall. They offer espresso coffee (no drip at all, huge bummer) and grab-n-go, semi-made-fresh food. I got a veggie bagel sandwich and it was quite good. Service was friendly and relatively fast.

Love this place! Tried chaga here for the first time and fell in love. The grilled cheese is fantabulous. Good customer service and their cheesecake is yummy too! My only advice if you are new to chaga and sensitive, have it early in the day because I couldn't sleep that night!
