McDonald's Restaurant

This is one of the better McDonalds in DC. It is equipped with a generally clean restroom and the staff have always been friendly. Supposedly, this is where Bill Clinton would sneak to when was craving a Big Mac during his administration. If it?s good enough for the president, it?s good enough for me.

The place is kind of nice inside except for the bathrooms were a little messy. The $4 price for a small pretzel mcflurry is a little high and trying to charge $1 for a cup of water is crazy. They don't even have any napkins or utensils put out for customers anyway. The mcflurry only has toppings at the top layer, after that it's just plain vanilla ice cream..

It was McDonald's. The place was so busy that it was a little messy. One bathroom was locked, but not broken and no one had time to investigate why. Bathroom line was close to out the door for customers because only one bathroom one stall. DC for you!

In the early morning I can speak of , but it's great, the service on point and fast. Even with the less fortunate in there they don't ask for money. The ones who do you feel great doing it. Everything great about this Mikey Ds.

This McDonald's is incredibly short staffed. The workers have attempted to explain that this McDonald's has a new owner and that he is changing many traditional McDonald's customary business practices, such as not offering refills on the drinks. The lack of staff has created a very unfriendly service environment. Don't come to this McDonald's and expect any, and I mean any customer service. The staff is argumentative, very defensive and aggressive. The only benefit this McDonald's offers is the location. I recommend to stay away if you want or expect even the bare minimum of service.
