This place is awesome. Never mind the bakery, the coffee is too good. Espresso options, one of the best cortados I have had, the lattes are unique.Now if you do mind the bakery, get the pistacho cake!

Lovely space filled with interesting epicurean treats, dried flowers and Scandinavian vibes. Coffee was hot and well-roasted, and avocado toast excellent even by California standards. Lack of WiFi was a drag but maybe helps keep seats open?

The Baked Joint bakery in DC, a sister joint of the famous Baked Wired, has become a monthly pilgrimage for my sweet cravings. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by an enticing array of treats that promise a delightful experience.Their cookies and cupcakes are simply delectable, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and textures. But what truly sets Baked Joint apart well at least for me is the OMG Box, a masterpiece that has my taste buds dancing with joy. This indulgent creation features a graham cracker crust, layered with homemade caramel, marshmallow, and a bittersweet chocolate glaze. The combination is an explosion of sweet and savory, with a satisfying crunch and gooey, rich layers that blend harmoniously.

Ordered brunch delivery to my hotel for the first time . It was so tasty, I had to visit the diner in person and experience what it was like in person. The delivery arrived neatly, uniquely packaged, the desserts arrived as though they were boxed jewels. Simply, Delicious!Second time, in person, sure enough, the food in the restaurant was just a tad more crisp, fresh and delicious which was hard to foresee as the delivered food was outstanding . I 'm not hip enough to dine at this hipster place. It 's not truly a restaurant nor a cafe. A joint is what the proprietor s ? call it, and I can see why : it 's nicely, refreshingly different from other food feeding establishments. Given the fellow partakers, A Hip Baked Joint would well describe this place. Great energy, too. Everything was delicious. The cupcakes have a challenge living up to the main entrees and such. Not sure about the other desserts, but look forward to tasting those in the future.

Great biscuits, excellent coffee, and one grumpy set of employees.Interacting with our cashier was not pleasant, and then the guy calling out the orders sassed my wife for asking for additional napkins. I get everyone has a bad day, but the whole vibe from employees here was not friendly. This was after getting a 20% tip so that we could seat ourselves, grab our order, and bus/clean our own table. Literally the only thing they had to do was be friendly.
