Contribuiți la feedbackI’ve used this Tim Hortons before work for the whole past week. And everyday my coffee was lukewarm. Within 10 minutes it would be totally undrinkable. The staff are miserable lazy and incompetent and frequently will mess up my order or make customers wait an excessive amount of minutes for what should be a quick grab and go. These problems are far too prevalent at this location and must be dealt with. It’s an insult as a resident to this town and by extension Canada itself.
I just bought hot chocolate but only received brown hot water without chocolate. What a disappointment Tim horton
Staff is always friendly and welcoming. One of the nicer Tim's I have been to.
Just got breakfast takeout and once again my order was wrong. I’m going to say about 70% of my orders at the drive thro in the past couple years is wrong. And I’m tired of being overcharged when they can’t get it right. This morning was the last straw. No double toastedI WAS RIPPED OFF ONCE AGAINThe only Tim Hortons in Wasaga that gets my orders right is the one near Wasaga Walmart which is a different owner I believeThis happens almost every time I go thro this location and the Riverbend locationAll I can say isHELLO McDonald’s breakfast. Service and quality of food is so much betterI’m sick of having to drive back for a refund so I just won’t bother going to your locations any more. I even tipped which really ticks me offA lot of residents in Wasaga share my opinion. Maybe management will clue in when you don’t have any repeat customersSTOP RIPPING US OFF
