Gibson Company - Collingwood

Like Parts Unknown. Didn't think such a neat place was down this alley way. My boyfriend and I strolled along main st in Collingwood and he said let's walk down here? We were both surprised to find this awesome pub. The atmosphere was great and we snacked on cheese platter. Loved it!! I Would highly recommend checking this cool place out .

Awesome place for a drink, and light fair.A Funky, young hangout; Collingwood needs more of these places. Note it's not a place to go for a dinner, just cheese boards, soups and sandwiches. Go for the drinks, music, and atmosphere

Big welcome to Gibson's and Co.!From the first time I walked down the small alley with the lights overhead and discovered this gem I knew I would become a frequent flyer here. The reno of this building is so well done. Love the high ceilings, brick wall leather couches and bar. I can be a coffee snob but Gibson's coffee is some of the best quality I have had. Rich, smooth, liquid gold�Sit awhile with a cup or enjoy a cold beer or their list of whiskies. You won't be disappointed. Staff is friendly and accommodating as well.

At first, I couldn’t find the arrow to order as I was looking at the floor and ceiling. For those that go, it’s on the wall lolCappuccino and grilled cheese were delicious, atmosphere amazing and service spectacular. Thank you.

This restaurant is really awesome! I've been there twice in the past 16 hours. They serve great coffee in the morning and delicious cocktails in the evening. The staff is helpful and the atmosphere is nice. The entrance down the alley with string lights is really cool.
