I placed an order for delivery, but some items were missing. When I called to inquire, I was met with rudeness and no apology. They refused to refund the missing item and after arguing for 15 minutes, they offered to re-deliver it. However, when they arrived at our doorstep later, they continued to be abusive. It's disappointing because we have been loyal customers in the past and never had any problems with the food, but we will not be ordering from them again.

Today, we ordered food from this restaurant and found that some of the items were still frozen inside. When we reached out to the restaurant, they informed us that they were unable to resend the food as they were uncertain if their microwave was broken. They offered only a 20% refund and the manager was very rude and uninformed about food regulations. They dismissively wished us luck in making a complaint before abruptly hanging up the phone.

I went to this restaurant for the second time in a week! I absolutely love their taco shell bowls, they are so filling! I think I have a slight preference for the chicken. The service was quick and polite. I should have taken a photo of the food, but honestly, it was too delicious to wait around for pictures. Thank you for a great experience and good luck to the owner. I wish you all the best and look forward to visiting again soon!

My experience with eating and service was excellent in el paso. with some friends for a quick snack before a night outside, was amazed by the taste of eating; so much that the next day we drove from Stratford-upon-Avon to pick up another order. cannot recommend the chicken tacos enough, they melt in their mouth. try them!
