Bojangles - Warsaw

One of the worst Bojangles, I’ve been to.Terrible customer service literally no one cares…

They either fry their Bo Rounds with bad greese or they're under cooked. The sausage biscuits are ok.

I am not one to typically write reviews, but I have never seen such a poorly run Bojangles. There were at least 10 employees clearly not a short staffing issue, which would’ve been understandable) and every person was waiting 15 minutes or more. My ticket was lost and I had to ask about my order, no acknowledgment of how long I waited. The trash can was overflowing as well. Obviously, the manager has no clue how to manage.

Store needs to be staffed more! Opens at 5:30am. I drive a 18 wheeler the lobby was locked at 6am and I had to stand in the drive thru and knock on the window because there's only 2 people
