Quorum Restaurant - Warrnambool

A delightful find in Warrnambool for coffee, lunch, dinner or drinks . Cosy and quiet with good service. Recommend the $20 lunch special which includes a dessert tasting plate and good coffee. A good change from the busy coffee shops.

Very pleasant outing with great service and delicious food. I have been here numerous times for a cuppa but not often for a meal. I ordered the calamari salad , the calamari was so yum but the sizing felt more like an entree. Enough calamari but I would of put on the menu calamari with a garnish of wombuk . For $22 worth ,it needed to be more of a salad. Ok I've made my point. That said I would certainly return the service , quality of food and beautiful setting is always outstanding

Lovely, friendly staff, amazing furnishings and decorations - very classical - The Windsor of Warrnambool - reminded us of what the Windsor used to be. The cakes were out of this world, delicious, and very generous servings that neither of us could finish.

I enjoyed seeing the broad selection of food for brunch. While I had poached eggs my husband enjoyed a steak sandwich. The ambiance is victorian era with large tapestry chairs and the sense of generous space. I felt welcome by the friendly staff. Not the best almond latte I've had but the rest of my experience made up for that.

Quorum offers a loud and dated interior the likes of which could be compared to a burlesque club or lush strip club. Panels of various colored, patterned velvety wallpaper are a dizzying combination with the variously colored patterned chairs.In terms of the service, the restaurant disappoints. Our waitress was chewing gum with her mouth open as she took orders, and our empty mains plates stayed on the table for over ten minutes after we had eaten - Orders for coffee and cake were even taken with the empty plates still waiting to be cleared. Dessert was dry, and coffee was served with a spoon of cake with it that had a slimy appearance.Some positive feedback was given by others in regards to some of the mains, namely the pork belly noodle dish. All in all, not a place that can justify $23 for a sloppy joe or $22 for bangers and mash on a lunch time menu.
