YOU COULD HAVE CALLED!! YOU SURE TOOK MY MONEY...Your website says you close at 8 I get caught in traffic and I'm a little after 4. There's a sign on the door (nothing online) that says you close at 4. I show up to get my daughter's birthday order with no one there and the money gone from my account. I understand the holiday but my number was on the order and YOU COULD HAVE CALLED!!!!! Service: Take out

Placed a mobile order 1 hour before pickup, so why wasn't it ready for pickup when I arrived? There was absolutely no one ahead of us. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

Consistently act as if any order is a problem to take care and that is when you can even get a doughnut. I am so sorry for the people who want anything other than chocolate or glazed as “they can’t handle it.” Most likely a franchise operation as corporate Dunkin has rules preventing these issues so if you do go it is a roll of the dice. Oh and expect drive-thru as they close the lobby forwho knows, seemingly whenever they please and often. Service: Take out

I go to the Moody location EVERY SINGLE DAY. I literally have nothing but great things to say about the employees that I’ve met while going inside the store daily. I won’t go to another DD unless I’m out of town. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch
