Chipotle Mexican Grill - Warrenville

I think it’s over priced but I had a gift card so I got it. Surprise, I was very disappointed. The rice was so undercooked that it was hard and crunchy. The carnita meat was basically all fat. It was disgusting to say the least. And the restaurant itself was poorly taken care of. Smelled like trash in the dining area. Avoid this place!

Food was horrible. I have not had it at this exact location before and I was so disappointed. It was cold, and took over 30 min for the employees to make 2 burrito bowls. I cannot believe I waited for over 30 min at a fast food restaurant. I will not be coming back. Take your money elsewhere

Ate half of my burrito and yet to find at least 3 pieces of chicken and veggies… it’s ALL rice! What’s happening, chipotle? What am I paying for?

Service is fine but portion of food is a joke now....I normally order steaks salad and I think over the last couple yrs the cost went from $6.95 to now, almost double lolEven w covid and all, cost of food went up, price from here probably went up the most plus, portions size is very small these daysOver all, they are fully staffs.
