Starbucks - Warrenville

What’s the proper time to mention the milk substitute when ordering a drink. Because repeated back was the way it was spoken to would dictate the order would be correct.

Ordered a Mocha Frap and it tastes like ice and very little mocha and large amount of whip cream at the bottom of my cup, extremely disappointing.

I want to hate Starbucks because they burn their beans, they're overpriced, and the corporation treats their employees so poorly, but they have so many options and flavors, I can't help but come here anyway. For a calorie counting biatch like myself, it's nice to have a dessert in a cup for only 60 calories. -Especially iced when the the Midwestern winter has left. Midday isn't too busy. Most orders take 5 min. By the time I order it on my app, park my car, and walk in, my order is already waiting for me. It's clean and quiet and the employees friendly.

Amazing staff, took care of me when it wasn’t there mistake and left a nice note telling me to have a good day! Makes my day

Poor customer service and drink quality. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is a reoccurring issue at all times of the day.
