McDonalds - Wangaratta

Typical McDonalds. Service is ok. Tends to get a bit hectic and the staff try to handle it but the just don't seem to manage.

We are a family of 7 and during a busy time had no where to sit to eat our meal we had the option of outside but this was inappropriate due to screaming children on the playground Your team member on dining room was little help and quiet abrupt I changed our dine in option to takeaway when our order was ready the nicest team leader (chelsea) assisted us with our meal she was so polite and a true asset to your store well done Chelsea as I left smiling

Great food but service is a bit slow so be prepared to wait. A good place to stop and take a rest before heading north or south.

Bus stopped here for dinner. Took us 20 minutes to get our food, our order seemingly was forgotten and we were asked what we ordered over three times. Girl at the front was freaking out over the build up of orders and walked away. Staff were just talking to each other and joking while the kitchen was a mess. Got my burger and half the ingredients were missing. Got a replacement but had to wolf it down as we had a bus to get back on. We also had the lovely opportunity to shout to each other as the staff loudly talked, sang and yelled to each other while we ate. Staff need re-training on how to deal with pressure and how to act at work.

I stopped here a couple of times for breakfast and it was a good stop to have. The hot chocolate was great got to sit and read the paper while i ate my toastie and had my hot chocolate it was really good. The Cafe was very busy at the time but none of the staff were stressed at all they were on the ball the whole time.
