Watermarc Dining - Wangaratta

Watermarc did the food at a recent wedding I photographed for 130 guest and OMG!! The food, service and professionalism was incredible. The meal was so delicious and everyone was raving about how amazing their meals were too. I have done many weddings but never have I seen such a smooth and well run kitchen, especially operating remotely! I can't wait to visit for another meal as I am still thinking about the delicious chicken I ate : Amazing!

I found this place by chance on google due to the highest reviews for restaurants in Wangaratta and it had the highest reviews for good reason. What an amazing food experience! Very Melbourne. From the oysters, beef tataki, confit duck and desserts we ordered we were so impressed by the quality and flavours of all the food we ordered Great value for money and lovely service. What a wonderful surprise. We haven’t been there for years and it was top class. I had pork belly 3 pieces and salad. Enough as it is so rich. My husband had spaghetti marinara and he said it was the best he had had. Both of us had ice cream but I had the, espresso and it too was superb. It was a very hot night so the red wine could have been chilled just a little. We will be back.

Fantastic experience here with my wife on her 50th birthday. Perfectly cooked Steak and Lamb Shoulder followed by a meringue and Lemon Curd dessert. Friendly and obliging staff, reasonable pricing made for a lovely night out.

Delicious food and very professional service. Slightly on the expensive side but generous serves.
