Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent. There is a young woman who works there who always prepares my pizza perfectly.

I ordered a cowboy pizza with no sausage, Canadian bacon, and half black olives. Unfortunately, I received a pizza with half Canadian bacon and no black olives instead. The service was very slow and it took almost an hour to receive my order. I was quite disappointed with the overall experience.

Whoever owns this place doesn’t take pride in what they have. I am not going to blame the employees because it is past that. If you can’t find people to work when your signs says open then you are either not treating them right or not paying them a competitive wage. We live 3 mins from this store and have to drive to the Hendersonville store because this store is not open half the time and they never answer phone when they are open. Today 12/31/2021 Two employees didn't have mask on, but there is a sign on the door that said you have to have a mask on to enter the store. Long shaggy beard with no hair net, also one employee kept running his hands through his hair.

Ordered two pizzas online. Expected to be ready in 25 minutes. We show up and had to wait another 20 minutes for our pizzas. Got them home and there was so much oil it set our oven on fire! Contacted Papa Murphy's but no one ever responded. Other locations are great, this one is struggling. Nasty young girl who worked there as well with nasty attitude.
