D J Pizza Steak House - Woodbury

DJ's treated the entire third grade at CCES to pizza! The students raised over $600 to support the Wounded Warrior Project and earned this pizza party as a reward. A huge thank you to Ray and the wonderful staff for taking care of these caring and determined young members of our community!

Stopped by here on a ride through Woodbury, and seeing as how there aren?t many dine in restaurants in the area, this is what we landed on. We stopped in around 1pm on a Tuesday, there was maybe 3 other people in the restaurant. We waited for about 5minutes to be seated, not a big deal. I ordered the ribeye sandwich and fried mushrooms, my partner ordered the New York strip.The mushrooms were great, however both steaks were like chewing on a tire. The sandwich was very sloppily put together. I wouldgive the food overall a 3/10. The staff didn?t try to hide the fact that they were talking about customers, those already seatedand those entering the restaurant. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but the overall first impression wasn?t very good.

I’ve been a customer since the original owners first opened this restaurant, and the current owners and staff have not let me down. I highly recommend giving it a try. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
