Logan's Roadhouse - Walterhill

Never got 2 sides with our dinners, got one side i had filet minion and husband had over cooked ribs, we didn't get discounted for not getting our second side very dis appointed ill say this is our last visit

Bad customer service and steak didn't have any flavor. Came at 1pm. Waited 10+ mins up front. Place was empty besides workers in the back laughing. Called the number to tell them we were waiting up front. No one answered and call forwarded to someone's cell phone who sounded like they were in a car driving with the windows down. I told her I been waiting up front. She said “oh ok.” I hung up and waited for another 2 or 3 mins. Nothing. So I walked to the back and got someone. May be different wh … – show

Food sucked I see why parking lot was empty service is very slow to have no business

The bar manager, Eric was really nice when our orders of fries wouldn’t come in and he offered is dessert on the house, overall very nice man

Service wasn’t bad! food wasn’t great. Food was overcooked and made me sick, I have family in Georgia that love this restaurant and we’re very disappointed in the food.
