Krystal - Walterhill

Employees were very friendly but the food was not fresh. I normally love Krystal breakfast but this was not too good.

Greeted with a friendly cashier who made us laugh and took care of our order. Cashier also brought out our food, which was really nice. Krystal burgers hit the spot and reminded me of when I was younger in Chicago with White Castle.

11:50pm no one answers speaker, guess we close when we want

We are have ate our share of different krystal locations but this one is the absolute worse I have ever been too. Our family will never go to this location. First our krystals was cold when we order them. Secondly, the tator tots with cheese was so greasy the bagged was cover in grease. It leaked all over my husbands work pants. I went in to place my order because this Krystal’s location is pretty consistent in getting orders wrong. (Went against my better judgment. i had to explain my order four times to the cashier. At one point, they tried to add a combo that I didn’t even ask for. Finally paid and got my bags. Surprise! They forgot part of my food. I will never, ever go back to that one again.
