Most of the food was pretty good. You could tell some of it was reheated. Service needed something. You need to be faster or need to have a better customer experience with something else. Thanks for the reply, sorry you did not take feedback and make for a better experience. I adjusted the score to match. Also you might want to move the microwave away from the drive thru before responding to comments you obviously do not follow up on.

Disorganized and they charged us for using a debit card.

Food is really good! Definitely better variety and selection than panda express if that's what you're comparing it to. A lot of tasty vegetarian options too. We got the teriyaki tofu, orange chicken and crab rangoons. The lunch special is a great value and the soups were actually good. The only downside is that the service is not all together yet, they missed an item in our order and didn't give us enough silverware for the both of us. Normal hiccups for a new restaurant. We will be back!

Ordered the hibachi steak and only thing I received was a small container of steak and some soup.

Sushi was terrible. Crab Rangoon was good. Service was good. But the sushi the rice was bad, very chewy and almost hard. It completely fell apart. I didn’t think it would be amazing, but at least edible. I could only stomach two pieces.
