Mcdonalds Restaurants - Walsall

Meant to be a fast food restaurant... certainly not. Waited over 20mins for my order, asked several times what the delay was to be told some of my order was being cooked. Not a problem, I 'd prefer freshly cooked food anyway. Eventually got my order, it was luke warm at best! Yes, i had taken it away. Yes, i was on my way home but surely freshly cooked food is meant to stay quite warm for more than 10mins. Won 't be returning. Awful service.

Don’t go, car park will issue you a fine for £100 if you’re there more than 20 minutes and signs aren’t clear, especially at night. Absolute joke.

Don 't get stuck in the drive through like I did or you 'll get a parking ticket that cant be appealed because there 's a sign on the entrance . Waited 23 minutes for 2 coffees sat in the waiting bay. What a joke.

Would score -10 if option was on here. Half order missing, could not get ANYONE! to answer phone numerous calls all ignored bar one when a girl answered and left phone on side and no one attending to me Who ever the duty manager working on Saturday 17th needs RETRAINING. One member of family left a without their meal. No one to contact and no way of getting refund See below over 35 calls!!!! AVOID this macdonalds..

Had experience in today with both Walsall McDonald's both places serving cold food, and very poor service
