We started with the Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookie, which was rich in chocolate flavor. The texture was just right—not too hard and not too soft. It was large and hefty enough to share, making it a perfect treat for chocolate lovers. Next, we tried the Almond Butter Cookie. Compared to the chocolate cookie, it felt a bit plain, though still very tasty. It had a crisp, flaky texture, and we quickly discovered that cookie lovers tend to fall into two camps: those who prefer crunchy cookies and those who like them soft and moist. The almonds added a wonderful texture to the cookie. Then came the Double Cream Cheese Brownie, which felt more like cake than a traditional brownie. The size was just right—not overly thick and not too large. Our brownie enthusiasts agreed that it was moist and delightful. Next, we moved on to the classic Chocolate Chip Cookie, which was chunky and packed with chocolate. Some of us likened it to Soft Chips Ahoy. As we continued tasting, our stomachs filled up, and our comments dwindled as we succumbed to sugar highs. The Raspberry Crumb Bars, resting on a shortbread crust and topped with an oat and pecan crumb, were incredibly delicious and addicting. However, the Belgium Chocolate Ganache Brownies didn’t impress my team as much; perhaps our taste buds were starting to get overwhelmed. Most found them too sweet with a messy texture. Fortunately, there was no shortage of cookie varieties to choose from. The Milk Chocolate Butterscotch Cookie was quite large, but my tasters seemed to favor the smaller cookies, which allowed for better portion control. This one packed a rich butterscotch flavor. The Peanut Butter Chip Brownie was a standout, boasting a nice chewy texture and a subtle blend of peanut butter and chocolate. Lastly, we sampled the Belgium Chocolate Chunk Brownie, which featured rich brownies made with butter, cocoa powder, and walnuts, topped with a luscious chocolate walnut icing. They were quite sweet, and by then, we all felt the effects of our sugar rush. I was amazed at how six petite women managed to devour all that chocolate goodness! They remarked that chocolate makes them feel loved and special, and the melting sweetness is simply irresistible. Overall, this was a delightful gift to receive or give—truly an enjoyable experience!

Bellows House Bakery excels at creating cookies, blondies, brownies, whoopie pies, scones, and crumb cakes that are simply delightful. They are so delicious that I often gift them to my family, and they have become a cherished present. The frosted chocolate nut cookie, their signature treat, is a particular favorite among us. Highly recommended!
