Papa Johns Pizza - Walnut

When I called to report the mix-up, the woman who answered had a sarcastic attitude, implying that we were at fault for reaching out. She suggested I bring the chicken back, and she would pour sauce on it. There was no apology or offer to correct the order—nothing at all. Her tone was dismissive, and despite my frustration, she maintained a smart-aleck attitude. It really wouldn’t have been hard for her to simply apologize and offer to fix the order! We live close to Papa John's, and we’re definitely considering switching to them.

I ordered two large pizzas with a single topping of olives. The pizza itself was really good, made with fresh dough; however, there were hardly any olives on either pizza—just one or three olives per slice. It felt like they used the same amount of topping for both pizzas. I believe this could have been a five-star review if the topping had been more generous. On a positive note, the staff is excellent and provides much better service than Domino's. Still, I have to say I prefer the pan pizza from Pizza Hut.

I'm not sure what it is, but I find their fast food pizza surprisingly tasty. The chicken poppers are decent as well. However, if you place a custom pizza order, there's a good chance they might get it wrong.

Not only has the quality of Papa John 's gone down so has their customer service. I got a regular crust pizza with Extra sauce and double pepperoni, I got it with a 1 topping $8.99 carry-out deal so the double pepperoni I knew would be a extra charge. Notonly was it dry and have extra sauce but they figured hey let 's charge for but not put the double pepperoni and the crust waslike 2 think like it was stuffed crust just that it wasn 't. When I called to let them know about my disappointment the girltheir worker on the phone first admits fault saying we have a new trainee and he hasn 't perfected his crust yet but thentells me I should be more understanding. She proceeds to tell me to go place my comment online and when I said I will and withthe store manager as well she tells me go for it WOW Papa John 's such great customer service. So great!!!!

Extremely disappointed and unhappy with this location!!! Unfriendly when calling them to ask for prices?..No customer service whatsoever!! They claimed not to have change for 100.00 even though it?s football Sunday and almost everyone orders pizzas! Andto end the horrible experience, when I got home, opened the box and the garlic sauce container was open and drained all over andalmost out of the box Never again will I go to this location ???? And it?s not even qualified for one star!!! Oh and anotherthing, the cashier said that everyone usually pays with credit card??is this a new rule?
