Michael's Trattoria - Wallingford

We enjoyed traditional Italian cuisine at this restaurant, surrounded by friendly locals. We stopped by during the day on our way up North and tried the delicious Fried Calamari Sicilian Style, which had a bit of a spicy kick.

This Italian restaurant is lovely and intimate, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The staff immediately inquired if we had a showtime to make it to the Oakdale.

This restaurant is overrated. Our first experience was decent, but our second visit was extremely disappointing. The food was mediocre, the service was terrible, and we were seated in a dark, cold, and chilly area.
