Chick-fil-a - Wallingford

This is actually the first time I 've ever eaten at Chick-fil-A. Usually I only go in to pick up deliveries or orders for friends and whatnot. I was curious though as to why they were always so busy, literally every day at almost all hours, the line for the drive thru is so long, it goes off-property or wraps around the building. My first time ordering for myself and I gotta say, I 'm not disappointed. The food is great, maybe not as 'to-die-for ' as I was told but to be fair, I only tried one menu item so far. As for the employees, I 'm genuinely surprised as to how considerate and welcoming they were. Nowadays you expect people to be annoyed or crass as soon as they respond but not in this case. In all honesty, even the times I 've gone in for deliveries etc, I 've always been greeted with kindness and generosity. They 've done a great job in enacting their reputation and that 's rather impressive in my opinion. A corporation that actually puts the customer service number one on their roster, very admirable.

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal, with Mac and cheese. Plus another 2 spicy sandwiches. Everything was fantastic. Mac had a nice crust. Only wish I Ordered more food. Good stuff.

Drive thru is convenient but always busy. Food is best when you go early in the day. I love the frosted lemonade. There's a new one Strawberry it is very good. I miss the fish sandwiches around Lent and Easter time.

As always with Chick-fil-A, great food and friendly staff. Very quick to get through lines both at drive through and walk up. Plenty of space for indoor seating and some nice outdoor seating when it's warm out. Also a great and easily accessible location right off the highway

The service at this restaurant is exceptional. Chip (I believe he’s a manager) deserves a promotion for the way he looks after customers. He went above and beyond by offering refills and providing sanitizer.
