Jetty Road Bakehouse - WALLAROO

Stopped in for a quick lunch - had a freshly made roll & coffee - which was so very tasty! We picked our time well, as the lunch time rush hit good and hard. You can tell a good bakery if all the tradies in the area use it! :) Staff were excellent and most helpful. I even returned to Adelaide with a chocolate swiss roll, which was absolutely define!

Great food and great service. While working in Wallaroo during the 2016-17 Harvest I often bought one of their pasties for lunch. I was never disappointed and look forward to making my way back soon.

This bakery could match the famous Port Elliott Bakery if it just either stayed open or, was open.Always head here over the weekend but find sometimes the staff are more concerned on closing than providing a service. Australia Day long weekend, tourists everywhere and we were late arriving. Found the bakery fairly bare and the stafff more concerned on closing at midday even though a steady flow of customers were coming in. Then Sunday they were closed. I know it is nice for staff to have a break but surely the owner wants the "make hay whilst the sun shines" Cant do that closed. So many people head there only to be turned away because they are closing or closed.

My family and I have been holidaying at Wallaroo for a very long time and a visit would not be complete without going to the Jetty Road Bakery. Love the product and the friendly service. Also love that you are so close to jetty and water and can have a divine view whilst eating your food.

Absolutely delicious pies pastys and what can you say about the large cakes and pastries..Very friendly staff clean and inviting establishment
