My daughters absolutely adore this place! They both take figure skating lessons here and also enjoy free skating with their friends. Figure skating has become a significant part of our lives lately, all thanks to Polar Ice Wake Forest. Give it a try—you won't regret it!

I had the pleasure of being served by a charming young man named Matthew, and he truly made my experience enjoyable! He is determined, brave, outgoing, full of energy, handsome, strong-willed, and has a positive attitude that brightens the atmosphere. It was such a joy to be around him! I’ll definitely be returning multiple times because of the exceptional service this wonderful young man provided. Thank you once again!

We absolutely love the Polar Ice House and go there several times a week! They provide a wide range of classes for skaters of all ages and skill levels. I especially value the free public skating that comes with the classes, allowing my boys to practice their hockey skills and prepare for joining a league. The facilities are great, featuring multiple locker rooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help!

We wanted to explore something new without having to go far from home. The location was convenient, and the prices were great. It provided my grandsons with an experience they will always cherish.

I attended a two-hour public skate session on a Friday and found the venue to be quite nice, larger than I expected. However, the ice rink didn’t have a great flow and there was a younger crowd present. Unfortunately, the ice wasn’t cleaned before we started and wasn’t maintained during our session, which was somewhat disappointing. It was also odd to skate without any music playing. There were a good number of skaters on the ice, and everyone was friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and plan to return—this time with headphones!
