Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

On a positive note, the potato rounds were delicious, and the coffee was good. However, I have a few complaints about this particular location. First, all the soda fountains are located behind the counter, meaning customers can't easily refill their own drinks or control the amount of ice they want. If there's a line, it's quite awkward to go back and request a simple refill. Secondly, the engraving on our cookies was lukewarm rather than hot. Initially, the server didn't put enough engraving on, but when I requested more, he added too much, causing it to overflow onto the plates. It was served to me in that messy state, which was not ideal. Another issue was the lack of trash bins in the dining area. There was only a small round hole for trash at the napkin counter, which was overflowing. As a result, we had no choice but to leave our dirty dishes on the table, as there didn't seem to be any staff available for cleaning or tidying up around us. This was only our second visit to a Bojangles. Our first visit at a Bojangles in Emporia, Virginia, was much better, and we eagerly anticipated returning. It’s unfortunate that not all Bojangles locations maintain the same high standards as that one.

On Monday at 5:40 PM, the doors at the front were closed, and a sign indicated that the dining room would open at 9:00. My wife and I had brought our three kids to the van. The kids went around to the other side and noticed a man coming out who said it was open. We had just parked and were heading to that door to let them in. We drove from northern Raleigh to this Bojangles because we thought it had a nicer atmosphere. We won't be making this mistake again.

David is fantastic! I was truly amazed by the excellent service I received, which prompted me to rush over and leave this review. We're going here about three tomorrow in the week. we work so that we like to get in and out! and exactly that we get? great staff, friendly service and they are always ready and ready to help us and give us everything we want or need. Food: 5/5

I will never spend another dime at this restaurant. Had to wait over 25 minutes for a sandwich order and coffee 830 on a Saturday morning no coffee brewed never told me I had to wait never apologize for me having to wait 25 minutes. Ended up leaving without the coffee nobody cared worst run Bojangles I’ve ever been in.
