Bojangles - Wake Forest

We enjoyed lunch here today. The dining area was tidy, the staff was courteous and efficient, and the food was delicious. I would definitely return.

We always get the chicken supreme dinners from here and have never had an issue. Remember to ask for your condiments because they will not ask you. Drive thru times are pretty slow. Wish they had a more efficient system like CFA, but last time I went, the worker did come out onto the street to take orders instead of just standing at the speaker.

Overall, it was mostly a positive experience, although the restaurant seemed a bit understaffed and the table prioritization was a bit strange. We received relatively good service, but we had to wait for a table that arrived after us. Despite that, I would still choose to dine at Ribeye's at this location again.

Overall, this Bojangles location is pretty average. It tends to be quite busy, and the fries are usually a bit underseasoned. However, they always get the order correct.

I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. The woman at the drive-thru was incredibly rude to my husband when he tried to specify his sandwich order. If you don’t want to be at work, then don’t be; no one deserves your unpleasant attitude because you’re unhappy with your job. The guy who handed us our food practically threw it at us. We also ordered four large fries but didn’t receive them. This was our last visit to the Bojangles in Wake Forest.
