I recently visited Vinsanto restaurant and my experience was excellent. From the moment we walked in, the warmth and hospitality of the staff was immediately palpable. The atmosphere of the restaurant harmoniously combines luxury with comfort. The service was impeccable. The waiters were impressively trained, offering personalized suggestions and answering every question about the menu with precision and knowledge. Their attention to detail and unobtrusive presence ensured an impeccable dining experience, rarely seen. As for the food, it was just perfect. Reading the reviews when we went to Volos we visited the shop. Impressively kind, they treated us to a nice potato soup, a small plate of cheeses to accompany the wine, and at the end, mastic. However, the food was a little above average. The carpaccio is indifferent, while the rest of the dishes make no difference. Personal opinion as a cold restaurant with good music and many choices of wines. In conclusion, I believe that we would go again to have a more complete view. An ideal place to enjoy your company with a good glass/bottle of wine from the store's wide variety and its wonderful side dishes or to have lunch, with flavors that will soothe your palate. I left the best for last! Be sure to finish with a tiramisu!
