Čili Pizza - Vilnius

In 25 minutes of waiting, nobody came to take our order. Just walking past us as if we dont exist.

I went there at 11pm ish just to buy bottles of water if they have some and we pay of course, i completely understand that they cannot serve but I’m not appreciated how the lady talk to us with attitude and once we got in, the lady shouted we’re closed but there’s no need to shout which is disrespectful and unwelcoming

Nice Ambiente, great place for kids to play, but food is mediocre

Used to be my favorite place to visit for over 10+ years until late 2022 where they decided to start sourcing frozen pre-made food from local supermarkets just a street or two away, if it's not soup or pizza most of the food you can order is just sitting in a freezer in the back, waiting to be reheated in a microwave for 3-6 minutes before being served. It practically takes longer for waiters to find your order and deliver it than it takes for the food to be made, at 200% supermarket price no less.

We come here for business lunch the quality of food is really good and portions are enough for lunch. There is one exception do not ever order a big portion of carbonara or similar lunch dish the sizes AREN'T different at all between middle or big size. Even the servers can't tell the difference. Waste of money and I felt cheated. Please fix it or tell the customers in advance, if choice of portion sizes is fake.
