Pizzeria La Carbonara

I came at this place 3rd time in a week. Older staff is more than exelent, young not that good. I try Pipito pizza, that was one of the best i ever taste.

It's nice to start with a complimentary poncha and nuts, and the pizzas were good. I'd like a slightly thinner crust, but they do an amazing range and the toppings and flavours are good. Between their music and the road, it's quite noisy, but it's clearly popular with locals as well as tourists, which is a good sign.

First when you arrive you are getting a shot of ponçha on the house and some pots of nuts and it makes you feel very welcome here. Menu is huge and there is a big choice for everyone. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they speak very good English as well which is very helpful. Food is fresh and delicious, you can taste that chefs put their hearts in that. And so far it’s the best Sangria I had a chance to try on Madeira. Big 5 for you guys. Thank you for that experience, it was absolutely amazing

Mooie pizza, maar niet erg speciaal voor een Italiaan. Gemiddelde prijzen. Het is vlakbij de zee. Vrij parkeren.
