Definitiw surprised when I found this mountain hut, which offers such a wide range of vegan products! I tried the pasta dishes with mountain herbs, it was really good, but it somehow cost like gras, maybe next time I will try something with a slightly gentle taste. Since it is really hard to find vegan options on cabins in the alps, I was happy that their menu has marked all vegan dishes. I tried the minestrone, polenta with mushrooms and apfelstrudel. the minestrone was okay, not great. the polenta was quite good and the strudel on the very sweet side.
