Social Burger - Vienna

I had underestimated this place for a long time. First time here. I had a chicken sandwich and fries. It hit the spot. I tried the strawberry watermelon drink and it was perfect with my meal. Well done Social Burger!

Great burgers, maybe even top 5 in the area, but has its faults. Parking is fine however if you want to sit down, you’re usually not in luck with the seating. The fries are meh, but the milkshakes are pretty good. Burgers are delicious, however they cut their tomatoes abnormally thick, so I have to request none if I don’t want to eat a tomato burger.

The service was prompt with a smile. One of the employees was taking a photo of one of the restaurant 's burgers when we entered the establishment and I asked if it was okay if I could take a picture of the burger too, and they said, Yes. So I 'll be posting that as well. This is a very petite restaurant with only a few tables available. It 's nice in here and the restroom is in the rear. I have to rave about the Strawberry Watermelon punch! It is delightful, refreshing, and delicious. All in all I highly recommend this establishment. All in all, highly recommended. 5 Stars.

We have had two bad experiences in a row. We have been going to Social Burger since it opened. Both recent times there seemed to have been a problem with the printer machine in the back. When I arrived today I paid and then learned some time later that the order was not sent to the kitchen (and only when I asked as I had been waiting for a while). This past time I waited about half an hour, in the process ruining other frozen items I had in my car. I hope you fix that issue. I am now looking for another place to order from in the future because I can’t randomly wait an additional 30 min. The staff also did not seem to quick fire the order when they learned it was not done correctly the first time. Just not a good experience and I hope they fix these issues or we won’t be going back. Update: We have ordered from Social Burger multiple times since I made this review, and they seem to have resolved their issues. Very happy that they did and I have reverted to wholeheartedly recommending them.

An absolutely amazing burger spot right in the heart of Vienna. Don’t walk, run there.
